Tokyo, JAPAN – our NIKKOL GROUP member NIKKO CHEMICALS SHANGHAI Co., Ltd.,
proudly presents the Chinese translated edition of the “Personal Care Handbook”
to contribute to the development of the Chinese cosmetics industry,
in celebration of NIKKO CHEMICALS Co., Ltd.’s 70th anniversary.
Shigeru Sekine, the Chairman of NIKKO CHEMICALS, has donated 50 Chinese language copies of the Handbook,
25 English versions and 20 Japanese versions to the China Association of Fragrance Flavor and Cosmetic Industries
after Chinese New Year 2017, with best wishes for the Chinese personal care industry.
Those Handbooks will be handed to related government organizations by its Association in the near future.
We would like to thank Mr. Chen Shao Jun, the Chairman of China Association of Fragrance Flavor and Cosmetic Industries,
who presented the Handbooks to Ms. Huang Min, the Deputy Director General of CFDA (China Food & Drug Administration) with a great honor.
Ms. Huang Min presented the Handbook to several CFDA organizations, such as the Department of Drug & Cosmetics Supervision,
the Department of Drug & Cosmetics Registration, the National Institutes for Food and Drug Control and related Departments of CFDA.
